The liquid extract (syrup) contains about 20% water. The malt powder (dry) is easily dispensed and the part not used, stored for a long period.

We prepared malta (malta and hops), replace the sugar required for 50% of malt extract powder (500g + 500gr. Malta. Sugar), another option would be to add 1Kg. malt extract powder plus 50% of the sugar recommended, in this way will increase the taste of malt and a better consistency of the foam.
